Consider a Bella cocktail party for your next fundraiser or corporate event. The traditional seating arrangement gives way to a more modern, café-like setting, where guests will stay at table an average of 20 minutes instead of the full two hours of a formal dinner party. Cocktail parties are ideal for a diverse crowd, an agenda-driven event—or for when you’re trying to frame and control the timeline and relevant costs. Start the soiree by offering small hot and cold hors d’oeuvres for about 30 minutes; a speech, presentation or remarks become the transition to the buffet or appetizer stations opening shortly thereafter. This format is softer, less scripted and allows for more creativity in menu design and service options. We do not use heating elements on our buffets; rather we have a buffet runner whose sole job is to retrieve fresh platters of food from the kitchen. The food is always fresh and attractive, from start to finish.
